Question: Tell us about your racing experience?
Brown: I started racing Karts as a teenager and ended up driving in several NHRA Fuel classes. Seeing first hand the business opportunities in racing I hung up the helmet and turned my focus to corporate sponsorship development and program management. During the past 25 years I have provided sponsorship sales, race program management and B2B activities in Indy Car, NASCAR, NHRA and Trans-Am.
Question: What persuaded you to join American Challenge?
Brown: Russ Wicks and his pursuit of speed!!...and of course American Challenge is on the forefront of marketing possibilities. Our initiative offers a fully integrated marketing program that can be tailored to almost any company.
Question: What do you consider your most important contribution to the project?
Brown: Fortune 500 companies need creative marketing programs to meet their primary objective of increasing sales and profits. Together Wicks and I developed several unique strategic marketing programs for current and future corporate partners. This ranges from growing global brand personalities and building company spirit to VIP entertainment for C-level executives who sells directly to a wholesaler.
Question: Is there anything else you would like to add?
Brown: This entire project is an awesome challenge that allows our partners and sponsors to showcase their technology in a performance setting. Being part of history as Wicks pursues another world speed record is a great opportunity.
